What does my payment cover?


Your completed payment is a Refundable Deposit to secure your spot(s) on the schedule for the remainder of the month you start. Each completed service pulls from your account balance. Your next due will be due on the 1st of the following month.




When will my first service occur?


If your order was paid before Thursday any given week, the first service will likely occur the same week. Orders paid on or after Thursday will still be scheduled asap, but have higher odds of being rescheduled to the following week. If you scheduled for a later date, your service will occur on the week you selected.




When will my future services occur?


Your future services will be scheduled based on your start week. We are very good about making sure everyone is done on their scheduled weeks. We will always aim for the same day each service week, but specific service days can change due to weather etc.




What if a service is missed?


If you are ever missed on one of your scheduled weeks your account will be reviewed for a credit that would be discounted from the following month's payment. If this happens, it's usually due to a major weather event (hurricanes). If you ever suspect a service was missed please let us know.




How do I make changes to my account?


You are free to ask questions, make changes, pause, or stop your service at any time. The best way to do this is through the My Account page on our website.




What is Panda Lawn Care's late payment policy?


Late payment will result in service interruption. If we don't receive payment we will notify you and hold your address(s) from the schedule. If you have a good payment record and need extra time we may be able to give you an extension, just please try to let us know before the due date if this happens.
